WordPress Developer - Legal Marketing

EverService is a global provider of tech-enabled business solutions, including digital marketing, website design & development for legal, medical, and other industries. We’re looking for an experienced mid-level WordPress Developer to join our Legal Marketing agency. This role focuses on independently developing and maintaining WordPress websites with custom functionality using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SASS.

Daily tasks include building custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch, converting design mockups into pixel-perfect responsive websites, and developing dynamic functionality. Optimize sites for speed, performance, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Manage deployments, troubleshoot hosting on WP Engine, and implement API integrations with third-party tools.

Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and SEO specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions integrated with clients’ CRM systems. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across teams. Provide technical guidance, support internal teams, and assist with development-related issues.

Mentor junior developers through code reviews and hands-on guidance while strengthening your own technical and problem-solving skills. Work in a proactive, adaptable environment focused on driving client leads, revenue, and online visibility. Contribute to maintaining and improving existing websites based on client and SEO needs.
