Maintain and continuously improve Pipeline Gurus’ website performance, animations, and UX. Be available on-demand for fast iterations to ensure smooth operations. This role demands proactive stability and quick responsiveness in a dynamic web environment.

Day-to-day involves fixing animation failures with Elementor, GSAP, CSS, and JS. Implement design updates quickly while optimizing loading speed and mobile responsiveness. Prevent plugin conflicts and handle landing page builds when needed.

Work on high-conversion sites similar to agency or SaaS platforms. Focus on conversion-focused UX thinking to enhance user engagement. Collaborate remotely or as required for seamless website upkeep.

Conduct monthly health checks and backups to sustain peak performance. Troubleshoot issues before they impact users, driving continuous improvements. Gain deep expertise in Core Web Vitals and advanced animations.

Requirements

Strong Elementor Pro experience

CSS and JS debugging (not drag-and-drop only)

Animation troubleshooting

Performance optimization (Core Web Vitals)

Hosting and caching understanding (Cloudflare, CDN, caching plugins)

GSAP and motion effects

Conversion-focused UX thinking

Experience with agency or SaaS sites
