Senior WordPress Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Web Designer to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will establish Web Design guidelines and best practices for small business websites implemented across our Content Operations team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and creates websites that effectively communicate the brand and message for businesses from all industries.

Prepare “UENI’s Design System” for website creation, from understanding the customer’s business and vision to designing layouts, selecting and manipulating imagery, and writing descriptions for services and products. Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure high-quality design work meeting client needs. Help create customer websites, microsites, landing pages, and marketing collateral with user experience, accessibility, and mobile-friendly design principles.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination between website designers and builders for swift customer turnaround. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities. Demonstrate agility, learn fast, and apply learnings to the ever-evolving website building methodology.

Lead with a track record of amazing UX and UI work, preferably for small business websites. Leverage proficiency in web tools and best practices to guide the Content Operations team. Experience working remotely provides an advantage in this collaborative, cross-functional role.
